The terms for using this site, in plain terms.
These terms cover the website. Freight is governed by the documents that actually move it: a written rate confirmation, the Broker–Motor Carrier Agreement with a carrier, and any customer agreement we sign with you. Nothing on this site is an offer to transport freight, and nothing here overrides those documents.
Quotes and bookings
A quote from Avora is a rate and a date. It becomes a booking only when a written rate confirmation is issued and accepted. Until Avora's broker operating authority is active with FMCSA — status and dates are published on the compliance page — Avora does not arrange transportation for compensation, and any quote is provided for planning.
Accuracy
We work to keep everything on this site true and current, and we say plainly what is not yet in place. Equipment specifications, legal dimension limits, regulatory summaries, and program descriptions (including the DoD Indian Incentive Program) are provided for orientation; confirm them against the governing source, your contracting officer, or your own counsel before relying on them.
Carrier submissions
Submitting a carrier setup packet is an application. It does not obligate Avora to approve a carrier or tender any shipment. Information submitted may be verified with FMCSA, insurers, banks, factoring companies, and references as described in the packet.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to misrepresent your identity, to submit information you are not authorized to provide, to scrape or copy its content for another business, or to interfere with its operation. The Avora name, wolf mark, and site content belong to Avora Logistics, LLC; you may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Avora is not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. Liability for a shipment is governed by the rate confirmation, the applicable agreement, and federal law, including 49 U.S.C. §14706.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute about the site is Orange County, California, with mediation before suit.
