Accessibility statement · September 2026

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA. Tell us where it falls short.

Avora Logistics wants every shipper, carrier, and procurement reviewer to be able to read and use this site, including with assistive technology. This statement says what we aim for, how we test, what we know is imperfect, and how to reach us.

Statement

Conformance target

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across every page, with WCAG 2.2's minimum target-size criterion adopted for touch controls.

What that means here

  • Every page has one heading structure, labeled landmarks, and a skip link.
  • Everything is operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator that is never removed.
  • Text and control colors meet a 4.5:1 contrast ratio on the dark ground and in the light document panels; status is never shown by color alone.
  • Forms have visible labels, helper text linked to fields, and error messages that say what to fix.
  • Motion is limited, never loops, and is removed when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content; the page never scrolls sideways on a phone.
  • Downloadable PDFs are tagged, with the file type and size stated in the link.

How we test

Automated checks run on every page before each release. Keyboard-only walkthroughs of the quote form and navigation, and a screen-reader pass (VoiceOver and NVDA) of the home, quote, and compliance pages, are done before launch and after significant changes.

Known limitations

  • The equipment diagrams on the capabilities page are drawn to scale; each carries a text description of the trailer, but the visual comparison of deck heights is not fully conveyed in text. The specification tables beneath them carry the same numbers.
  • Some third-party documents linked from the compliance page (for example, the FMCSA record) are outside our control.

For procurement reviewers

A conformance summary in your preferred format (for example, a VPAT-style table) can be provided on request for supplier qualification.
