For carriers

Clear loads. Direct answers. Fair dealing.

A carrier relationship is more than a truck number. Our requirements, our payment terms, and our accessorial policy are on this page — not buried in a packet you have to download to find out whether you qualify. Carrier questions: Carriers@avoralogistics.co · 949-444-5572. The same number is on the rate confirmation.

The Avora Standard

What you get from us, every load.

Complete load details

Freight, equipment, appointments, facilities, securement, tracking, documentation, and known operating conditions — shared before you commit, not after you're dispatched.

Documented terms

Rates, requirements, and terms in writing. Changes documented, with adjustments approved before they're expected.

Reachable operations

A founder from dispatch through delivery. If you call, someone who can decide picks up.

Fair accessorial review

Detention, layover, and TONU documented promptly and reviewed honestly, with a straight answer on approval — including when the answer is no.

Clear payment requirements

Invoicing instructions and required documents confirmed up front. Compliant submissions processed on the terms below. No guessing, no runaround.

Earn the next call

We are new, and we know what that means from your side. The way we intend to earn a place on your board is by paying on time and telling you the truth about the load before you take it.

Payment

Published terms, because you shouldn't have to ask.

Most brokers won't put this on a page. For a brokerage as new as ours, publishing it is the only honest answer to “will I actually get paid.”

Requirements

What you need to haul for us.

Requirements
Auto liability$1,000,000 minimum. $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 on hazmat, high-value, and specified commodities — the required limit is stated on the rate confirmation before you accept, never after.
Motor truck cargo$100,000 minimum. Where a shipment's declared value exceeds your cargo limit, higher limits or an increased-limits endorsement are arranged before tender. We will not put a $400,000 load on a $100,000 policy and hope.
General liability$1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
Workers' compensationStatutory limits. Occupational accident accepted in place of workers' compensation for single-truck owner-operators in states that do not require it.
Insurer ratingAM Best A− VIII or better
Commodity coverageReefer breakdown, theft, unattended-vehicle, electronics, or pharmaceutical endorsements where the freight requires them. These are the gaps that turn a covered claim into an uncovered one.
ExclusionsNo exclusion that removes coverage for the commodity, the lane, the trailer type, or subcontracted operation.
Operating authorityActive FMCSA authority with insurance filings on file. Satisfactory or unrated safety rating; CSA scores reviewed against the load profile.
DocumentsW-9, certificate of insurance naming Avora, signed broker-carrier agreement
RebrokeringProhibited without prior written authorization. Enforced.
How we verify

A certificate is not proof

  • Coverage is confirmed directly with the insurer or agent. A submitted certificate on its own is not accepted — forged and stale COIs are among the most common ways a load ends up uninsured.
  • Authority, insurance, and carrier identity are re-verified before every tender, not once at onboarding.
  • Lapses and cancellations monitored continuously. The monitoring platform is named here the day it is signed.
Onboarding

What happens after you apply

  • Download the setup packet, complete it, and email it with your COI and W-9 to Carriers@avoralogistics.co. Authority, insurance, and identity are verified directly — not from the paperwork alone.
  • Decision within two business hours of a complete packet. You get an answer either way.
  • Declined? Ask why. We'll tell you, and tell you what would change it.
  • Rate confirmation issued before dispatch on every load, with all terms stated.

Verify us before you haul

You should check any broker before you take their load, and especially a new one. Our authority status, bond, and insurance are published in full on the compliance page — including what isn't in place yet.
