What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

What we collect

• Quote requests. Lane, timing, freight description, equipment, declared value, constraints, attachments you upload, and your name, company, email, and phone.
• Carrier setup. Legal name, USDOT and MC numbers, contacts, insurance information, W-9, banking or factoring details, and the certifications in the setup packet.
• Correspondence. Emails and calls to the addresses and numbers on this site.
• Site usage. Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the referring page, collected through privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To quote, arrange, track, document, and invoice transportation you ask us to arrange.
• To qualify, onboard, and pay carriers, including verification with FMCSA, insurers, banks, factoring companies, and references, as described in the carrier setup packet.
• To respond to you, and to keep records that transportation, tax, and insurance rules require us to keep.
• To understand how the site is used so we can make it clearer.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote. You hear from us about your request and nothing else unless you ask.
• We do not share shipment details with anyone who is not involved in moving, insuring, or paying for that shipment.

Who we share it with

Carriers engaged on your shipment receive the shipment details they need to perform it. Service providers that process email, forms, file uploads, payments, and analytics for us receive only what they need to provide that service. We disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce an agreement, or to protect people, cargo, or property.

Retention, security, and your choices

Shipment and carrier records are retained for as long as transportation, tax, insurance, and claims rules require, then deleted. Banking details are stored only in our payment system, never in email. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, by writing to contact@avoralogistics.co. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act and may exercise them the same way.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted here for at least thirty days.
